Late in 2012, he purchased a majority interest from the founders and currently acts as the Managing Member. Mark serves in all operational, financial and executive capacities.

His previous employment as a manager for one of the nation’s most exclusive golf resorts has allowed him to gain excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills.

Caleb DietzChief Operation Officer
Caleb grew up in North Florida and Alabama. He studied Finance at Florida Southwestern State College and Florida State University. His career has taken him from Certified Personal Trainer to Fitness Center Manager, from Licensed Banker to Life Insurance Agent, and now from Senior Land Acquisition Specialist to Asset Manager. He has obtained specialized training in various sales methods, customer retention, and customer acquisition. With over 7 years of customer service and sales experience, his expertise on sales and marketing strategies have proven to be invaluable to the B&G Team.
