Late in 2012, he purchased a majority interest from the founders and currently acts as the Managing Member. Mark serves in all operational, financial and executive capacities.

Caleb DietzChief Operating Officer
Caleb grew up in North Florida and Alabama. He studied Finance at Florida Southwestern State College and Florida State University. His career has taken him from Certified Personal Trainer to Fitness Center Manager, from Licensed Banker to Life Insurance Agent, and now from Senior Land Acquisition Specialist to Asset Manager. He has obtained specialized training in various sales methods, customer retention, and customer acquisition. With over 7 years of customer service and sales experience, his expertise on sales and marketing strategies have proven to be invaluable to the B&G Team.

Barbara has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, construction, sales and customer service. She is a team member who provides all aspects of customer relations. Barbara’s mission is to help builders and investors meet their property acquisition needs by providing wholesale properties that are not on the MLS.

Her background also includes the successful management of securities and management of a $20B luxury real estate investment trust. Her skills and talent are synonymous with identifying and negotiating property for the right price. Building relationships involve trust, respect, knowledge, timing, necessity, experience and diligence; something decades has taught her.
She is multilingual to assist our multi-faceted client base. Fluent in English, German, Danish and Italian. Tamra has a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
